Please carefully read and acknowledge the following important information before booking. By booking online, signing our form, or making reservations via phone or email, you agree to our Booking Conditions, constituting the entire agreement between you and Custom Asia Travel Co., Ltd. You certify that you are an adult with legal authority for yourself and accompanying passengers. The provided services are outlined in your booking confirmation. Terms and conditions may change; it is your responsibility to check regularly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. In this document, 'Passenger,' 'Customer,' or 'Client' refers to you, and 'Company,' 'We,' or 'Us' refers to Custom Asia Travel Co., Ltd.
1. VALIDITY:
Dates, itineraries, and prices are valid from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2025. Beyond 31 December 2025, dates, itineraries, and prices are indicative only.
2. BOOKING STATUS:
All services in detailed itineraries are booked upon your approval and confirmation of the proposal. If some services can't be confirmed, alternatives will be promptly offered.
3. DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT:
A non-refundable 30% deposit is due at confirmation (increased deposit for some trips may apply).
Custom Asia Travel requires the final payment or balance 60 days before departure. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation.
Full payment is required within 60 days of the arrival date.
Payments can be made by cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa), or wire transfer, unless otherwise agreed by Custom Asia Travel.
4. CANCELLATIONS:

4.2 Custom Asia Travel Cancellation: We may cancel due to external factors (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters). If we cancel, you can transfer payments to other dates or receive a full refund (excluding bank transfer fee or third-party service charge). Refunds, in such cases, will deduct unrecoverable costs. We're not liable for incidental expenses, so consider travel insurance for coverage of mentioned cases.
5. CLAIMS & REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges for unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or other included services. To be considered, claims must be in writing to Custom Asia Travel within 30 days of program termination, with supporting documentation. Adjustments, if any, will be based on actual service prices, not per diem. Claims not received within 30 days will not be accepted.

Early check-in or late check-out not included in tour prices. Most hotels allow mid-afternoon check-in. Custom Asia Travel can arrange immediate check-in for an additional charge, detailed in your itinerary's exclusion list.

10. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Clients must have a valid passport, visas, or permits at the start of travel. Obtaining and maintaining these documents is the sole responsibility of clients. Custom Asia Travel can assist with applications upon request but accepts no responsibility or liability for clients' failure to obtain proper documentation.
11. ACTIVE ELEMENTS & ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Clients must consider international travel risks, adhere to health requirements, and verify safety and security conditions in visited or transited countries. On adventure itineraries, a minimum fitness level is required. Activities may include trekking, hiking, cycling, and navigating uneven terrain. The nature of the trip involves personal risk due to political, cultural, and geographical challenges. While we assess itinerary safety, you must also acquaint yourself with relevant travel information and acknowledge the personal risks associated with the journey.
12. FLEXIBILITY
You acknowledge the need for flexibility in this type of travel. The provided itinerary represents contemplated activities, but routes, schedules, amenities, and transport modes may be altered without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY
During your program, Custom Asia Travel may take photographs for promotional purposes. By reserving with us, participants agree to the use of their images. Those who prefer not to be featured can inform their Tour Leader/Guide at the itinerary's start.
14. COMPLAINTS
If dissatisfied with Custom Asia Travel's services, please inform the local guide or travel advisor promptly for a chance to address the issue. We act as intermediaries with service providers. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of return to the port of departure. Email complaints can be sent to info@customasiatravel.com.
15. INSURANCE
Customers must have comprehensive travel insurance. It is their responsibility to review the policy for sufficient coverage, including trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other aspects (see Clause 17 for more cases). Changes in airline schedules, train timetables, or local conditions may impact accommodation and itineraries; Custom Asia Travel will strive to provide an alternative of equivalent value.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We act as agents for third parties and are not liable for their acts or omissions. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
17. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of 'Force Majeure' (defined as Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, destruction of vehicles, riots, war, legislative actions, strikes, insolvency, fraud, etc.), if Custom Asia Travel must modify, extend, or cancel the tour, clients cannot claim compensation for resulting losses.
Participation in any tour indicates the Customer's complete and unconditional acceptance of the aforementioned conditions.
